Marcel Bălțescu

Marcel is a highly skilled litigation lawyer. Prior to joining NDI, he acquired valuable experience in one of the biggest law firms in Romania. Marcel assisted multiple multinational and national clients in complex dispute resolution cases. His expertise mainly focuses on construction contracts, public procurement and restructuring and insolvency.
Marcel has a thorough education, holding Bachelor’s Degrees in Romanian and French Law from the University of Bucharest and Collège Juridique Franco-Roumain d’Etudes Européennes (University Paris I Pantheon-Sorbonne). He also holds a LL.M in International and European Business Law from Collège Juridique Franco-Roumain d’Etudes Européennes, and a LL.M in General Private Law from University Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.
Marcel is a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2016.
