Lavinia is a litigation lawyer, associate within NDI and specialized in civil law, labour law, administrative claims, mass-media and medical malpractice, with over 8 years’ experience in the legal field.
As part of her work, Lavinia is constantly providing assistance and legal representation to an important national television station in disputes regarding freedom of expression and the right of personal portrayal.
Lavinia also successfully deals with conflicts generated by acts of discrimination, providing legal support to clients before the National Council for Combating Discrimination.
